Radine Coopersmith, our principle broker, earned her CCIM designation in 1981 and is a part of a team of national CCIMs and other qualified, commercial brokers.
A Certified Commercial Investment Member is an individual, who, by education, experience and knowledge of the marketplace, is an expert in commercial-investment real estate.
Each CCIM is a licensed real estate professional who has completed a rigorous course of post graduate study and fulfilled experience requirements to earn the designation, Certified Commercial Investment Member. The experiences and training prepare CCIMs to identify their clients' commercial and investment real estate needs and satisfy them.
CCIMs have accumulated knowledge and mastered techniques in diverse areas, including real estate investment analysis, taxation, management and property development.

IRS 1031 TAX DEFERRED EXCHANGING
Exchanges involve the trading of equity in one piece of property for the equity in another piece of property. This is an excellent way to exit a property that no longer fits investment goals and move into investments that will benefit the investor’s portfolio.
Radine’s CCIM training and the networks familiarity with IRS regulations and rulings regarding real property sales and 1031 tax deferred exchanges enables them to help investors make exchanges that may defer or minimize taxes on gains and use equity position more effectively.

Radine Coopersmith brings 30 years of experience in the acquisition and MANAGEMENT of commercial projects; she specializes in turning non-performing assets into profitable ventures.
As most of us have learned, not only training, but the school of hard knocks best prepare an individual for the task of managing a project so that it can realize its full potential and protect equity when the unexpected becomes the norm.
Radine began her Management career in Denver Colorado in 1979 with local broker, Lycus, specializing in apartment complexes. When she joined Wogan Development in 1982, she worked with an excellent team in the acquistion and development of retirement, assisted living and residential subdivisions. In 1985, she joined the Mangement team at Fulscher & CO, analyzing hundreds of projects in order to best position Fulscher to take advantage of the S & L industry’s fiasco’s resulting opportunities... NOT UNLIKE THE POTENTIAL IN TODAY’S MARKET.
When managing your project, we provide regular evaluation of your investment portfolio. We evaluate a portfolio against a client's changing goals and objectives, to determine whether the investment is maximizing net worth and meeting the client's investment goals.
